At Alron, we understand that life happens. Unlike a lot of other businesses, we're not going to fire you because you miss a day here and there. If you need to come in later, or earlier, we're understanding of that as well. We prefer a 40 hour work week, but we know that doesn't always go to plan.

Machinists & Fabricators

Alron Custom Fabrication & Machine

Hello,

We're currently looking for a machinist as well as a fabricator with five (5) or more years of experience. We're a small shop looking to expand which means plenty of opportunity. Our guys are easy to get along with, and always looking for new ways of doing things. New projects are constantly rolling in, which means new problems to solve!

We offer flexible scheduling as well as full-time hours. If you're interested in a 401k, you have the option of opting into it with us matching up to 3%. Being able to work on your own or with others is a must. Any CNC experience is welcomed.

Machinist

-Five (5) or more years of experience.

-Experience with manual mill operating.

-Understanding of machines and tooling.

-Willingness to work on new machines.

-Any CNC experience.

-Able to work 5 days a week with full-time hours.

-Problem solving ability with little to no guidance.

Fabricator

-Three (3) or more years of experience.

-Certified welders are desired.

-Experience fabricating and/or welding.

-Ability to learn and teach.
